This dynamic organization is seeking a Voice Over IP Network Design Engineer to join the existing team. This candidate MUST have experience supporting a Call Center Environment. This candidate will also have a strong Networking background as well as a solid understanding of voice Engineering.

SCOPE:
This candidate will be responsible for the convergence of two networks (GA and IL). The candidate will be responsible for taking the new technology and integrating it seamlessly. This will involve heavy design, implementation, installation and maintenance work on both the Networking and Voice side. This candidate will need to have a strong level of maturity to lead this Conversion.

PERSONALITY:
Strong team leadership ability, high level of maturity, team and goal oriented, and have a high level of patience to work with high level figure heads.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
This candidate will need to have a strong Networking background (with Cisco products), as well as solid knowledge of Telecommunications / Voice Engineering. The group is a cross between telecommunications Analysts and Network Engineers.

This is a call center organization, so the candidate must have solid knowledge of telecommunications IP Products to include: (Siemens, Cisco IP, and Avaya IP). The candidate must also have solid QOS knowledge and IPCC (Cisco Call Center).

OVERVIEW:
The Candidate will work be responsible for the design and implementation of projects related to the VOIP network.

Various projects and areas of responsibility include the following: WAN/LAN network hardware and software installation, QoS configuration and implementation, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP architecture, remote access server design, VoIP, network security architecture, evaluation and implementation of network monitoring and management tools and methods, network performance tools, and network modeling tools.

SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ years experience in VOIP Network Engineering. 5+ Years of hands on Network Design, implementation, installation and maintenance. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators. Experience in VoIP and/or PBX technology. Experience in project management methodology. Ability to maintain focus on multiple projects concurrently. 5+ years of solid Telecommunication skills.
