Time for something new? Check out this Network Support position! Are you ready for a challenging opportunity as a Network Support Specialist? Do you want this opportunity to be with a leading Telecommunications Firm? If so, this position is for you! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer calls, open a corresponding trouble ticket through the Remedy/AOTS ticketing system, and then work to resolve the issue or route the trouble via phone or external/internal ticketing system to the responsible work center. You will provide support for the VDNA/IBM Outsourcing/client Internal project. VDNA support involves station configuration, initial router triage, customer portal configuration, voicemail support, call tree support, and some basic router configuration. All positions will work on a shift basis that will include second shift with a mix of first and swing shifts. You must also be available to cover or fill any shift on occasion as necessary where a group may need extra coverage due to vacations, illness, etc. Occassional over-time may also be required. The perfect candidate must have experience with Avaya TDM PBX and MS Office Suite. Any experience with Remedy/AOTS ticketing, Voice Transport troubleshooting, Cisco IPT, Avaya IPT PBX, Avaya Voicemail, and Cisco Unity is strongly desired.
