Description
Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Network Engineer opportunity with a leading company in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

In this position candidates will assist with new telecommunication node activities to include development of site equipment configuration diagrams, equipment procurement, configuration, and installation. Duties as an engineer include, but are not limited
to, assist in reviewing test plans to identify potential network issues and validating network configurations, identifying potential physical or protocol issues with system and network interfaces, coordinating the procurement of corrective devices to facilitate network connectivity and notifying the Lead Engineer of any potential issues with
security accreditation package; overseeing the installation of point-of-presence telecommunication circuits; development and programming for the Routers and switch to
support multicast IP groups, virtual private networks, virtual local area networks, and unique test event driven requirements. The successful candidate must obtain Information Assurance Technician Level II certification, IAW DoD 8570.01-M, with in six months of being hired.
Travel requirement is 50%.
Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
