This contractor will be working on highly complex projects that are strategic and critical to the business with a high degree of technical complexity and involving new technology introduction.

Job Description:
The contractor will be responsible for supporting end-to-end systems integration, through reviews of network architecture designs, development of technical integration requirements, and quantitative engineering analysis. The contractor must have experience in voice, data, and IP networking technologies. The contractor will need excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong collaboration skills to be able to help build and maintain strong working relationships with our Network Development, Network Operations, and IT partners to facilitate the teamwork necessary to realize the end-to-end systems integration success.
The contractor will also be responsible for tools to automate XML/SOAP transactions. This includes gathering requirements (based on production troubles, or the needs of lab testers) tool development, unit testing, and trouble resolution Applicant must be skilled in PHP, MY SQL, and PERL.
