Network Engineer

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Network Engineer with a leading company in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

In this position candidate will be implementing network solutions to meet the requirements of the Distributed Development and Test Enterprise Virtual Private Network. Provide troubleshooting assistance and maintenance operations to the internal network infrastructure; applying appropriate maintenance actions on failed network equipment items or media segments. Operate the customer edge nodal equipment and provide maintenance and troubleshooting to the wide area network service provider edge and local area network customer equipment. Coordinate the provisioning of telecommunication circuits to support the current and future requirements.

Requirements:
An Associate's degree and 2 years experience directly related to this position. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a US Gov't issued Top Secret clearance within a timeframe set forth by management. This position involves up to 40% travel - sometimes on short notice.
Experience with wide area and local area networks, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and other Internet protocol based devices.
