We are an information technology and strategic business consulting firm focusing on improving business performance through the use of technology and information analysis. We have developed a company to work in one of two areas: enabling success and/or stabilizing activities.

Our team consists of experienced consultants in the areas of emerging technologies, enterprise integration/operation, e-government, enterprise business applications, and strategy/business process improvement. Our experiences and capabilities expand both the public and private domains.

Responsibilities:
* Lead analysis of intelligence data as it pertains to the cyber security of the agency
* Attend Intelligence Community meetings regarding technical issues
* Provide technical threat assessments regarding agency systems
* Monitor and report on cyber threats to the agency in general
* Monitor IC procedures to provide sanitized products to those at lower clearance levels, or to those with no clearance
* Develop and refine Intelligence Requirements
* Target Modus Operandi (MO) of groups of interest to those protecting critical infrastructure systems
* Be familiar with Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Computer Network Attack (CNA) tools and tradecraft
* Be familiar with security operations and incident response technologies and methodologies, signatures, tactics, techniques and procedures associated with preparation for and execution/implementation of such attacks

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
* 10+ years of relevant professional experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
* 6+ years IT experience, preferably in a security operations center and/or incident response team type environment
* 3+ years with intelligence analysis experience and at least five years information systems security experience, preferably combining these into a background of several years of national level TS/SCI cyber intelligence analysis
* 1+ Year of experience in Packet Data Analysis for purposes of data mining, intelligence collection, or law enforcement support
* Skilled in the area of hacker/hacktivist group capabilities and intentions, hacker methodologies, methods and motives of those who may conduct CNE (computer network exploitation) and CNA (computer network attacks) against the US Critical Infrastructure systems and networks.
previous work experience in computer forensics or media exploitation
* Previous work experience programming or Scripting network applications
* Previous work experience in the reverse engineering of malicious software applications
