Description
4X10 shift-responsible for responding to automated network alarms,cust calls & vendor notification of network outages by initiating a trouble ticket and documenting info.responsible for fault isolation and resolution of complex network troubles and report findings to appropriate service centers or higher technical levels for resolution.Must be able to manage multiple network issues & resolve using customer & infrastructure database info & other resources.lab simulations, established procedures and engineering problem solving techniques. Performs assignments with broadly defined objectives,Determines problems & delivers known solutions by translating general directions into specific objectives,priorities Solves network issues by adapting previous solutions to fit new conditions.Works under min supervision.Client group includes field technicians,IPG,& other providers. May support Field Opserations.
