Business Sector: Technical/IT/Engineering Business Arena: Network Engineering Business Family: Network Operations/Administration General Function(s): Help Desk Support Applicant will be responsible for providing 2nd level Technical Support to the field technicians, for the following products; Nortel Meridian Opt 11-81C, Succession PBX's, Call Pilot, Meridian Mail, Symposium Call Center, BCM., Avaya S8100, S8700, and Octel Voice Mail. A minimum of 5 years telecommunications and Nortel experience required. Applicant must have received Nortel and Avaya formal training and certification a must. In addition applicant must also have good interpersonal skills, and work in a team environment. Must be a self-starter, and have both oral and written skills.df-tc
