An established client of Robert Half Technology in southern Los Angeles County is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and success-driven Manager to join their IT team.To be considered for this position, you will need at least an associate's degree in a computer-related field (bachelor's degree preferred), MCSE certification, and 5+ years of experience in supporting Voice/Data networks.To be successful in this position, you will need the following skills:* Strong sense of urgency in completing assigned duties.* Sense of personal ownership in ensuring 24 X 7 X 365 uptime of IT resources.* Strong problem solving skills.* Demonstrated experience in researching and recommending hardware/software systems and improvements.* Experience administering a MS Exchange email system, to include security and filtering.* Solid Experience administering a large-scale backup and disaster recovery solution.* Excellent understanding of the concepts and implementation of network security, including patch management and intrusion detection and prevention.If you, or anyone you know, meet the above requirements please apply directly to this position, reference number 00300-108411, on the Robert Half Technology website http://www.rht.com/ ASAP.
