Description
Immediate need for Network Operations Center Systems Administrator, 2 shifts; one is Swing and the other Night shift. Only Qualified Applicants will be considered. Troubleshoot & escalate issues while monitoring a corporate IT infrastructure. Monitor 24x7 environments for system alerts & respond according to procedure; also perform proactive monitoring to minimize system alerts and anticipate problems. Qualifications: Applicant must be able to cope with handling critical situations in a prescribed, proceduralized manner. He/she should have excellent oral and written communications skills and be able to interact calmly with customers, vendors, engineers during crises. Responsible for Monitoring, Managing, Resolving, reporting to all alerts, hotline calls, paging systems and remedy tickets while on duty.
