Description
Position is in the Network Operations Center. Includes rotating shifts that will cover various days, including at least one weekend day, sometimes both, as well as hours that cover graveyard shift.



Position Accountabilities:

1. Monitor the Client's computing infrastructure to ensure that circuits, routers, servers and applications are available and working properly.

2. Interface with various external vendors, such as telco providers and internal IT units to resolve issues.

3. Create daily, weekly, monthly trending and analysis reports, as well as reports on root cause when problems occur.

4. Maintain documentation on Client locations, network and applications.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.
