Qualifications: 

The Network Operations Controller must have at least two (2) years experience in a network/IT environment. Comprehensive understanding of IT customer support. Knowledge of micro and minicomputer operations to include: hardware and peripherals, MS-DOS, Windows 2000, Windows 2000, WindowsNT, word processing and database application software. Basic operational knowledge of telecommunications and data communications principles and theories to include: digital and analog troubleshooting, TCP/IP standards, T3 standards, synchronous communications, time division multiplexing, encryption theory and telephony principles. 



Education:

Associates degree in computer science, engineering, or other technical fields (desired) MCSE (desired)
