Primary Function:Responsible for Data Center monitoring, maintenance and administration.Two weeks training: M-F 8am-5pmRegular schedule: Tues. - Sat. 9pm-6amMajor Duties and Responsibilities:Provides timely and accurate monitoring and communications of the Data Center environment to our customers and the decision makers.Performs tasks and routines essential to Data Center operations, including records and documentation maintenance, system and incident resolution, and normal computer/server administration.Demonstrates the flexibility and capability to respond to constantly changing technical environment and departmental needs.Works to enhance and improve technical skills, demonstrated in part by industry technical certifications and trainings.Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures.Prior monitoring experience in Data Center.Basic to intermediate networking and computer skills.Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Good working knowledge of Windows OS (Server 2008, Windows 2003, Vista, Etc)Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail.Ability to change and adapt to changing schedules and technical needs.Ability to work nights and weekends. (Must be flexible with required working hours)Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time.Ability to work in a team environment.EDUCATION:Associates degree or equivalent combination and/or experience in related field.Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+.Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or other industry standard certifications or technical trainings a plus.EXPERIENCE:6 months + experience in a technical support or computer/network administration position (IT, IS, CIS).Manpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
