Description
This position will provide technical support assistance to business and hospitality customers with HSIA or DSL service. This is Monday - Friday, 4:00PM - 12:30 AM, Help Desk requiring flexibility, technical ability and knowledge. Person must have experience with technical troubleshooting, help desk, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Network and PC troubleshooting skills. CCNA preferred.
