We are looking for a Network Security Engineer / Analyst must be able to provide configuration, support and operational maintenance of network security technologies to ensure continuous availability of secured network services to both internal and external customers.


Job Responsibilities:
. Day to day configuration of Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and VPN technologies to support internal and external connectivity needs.
. Documentation of network designs and configurations as part of a detailed audit compliance requirement.
. Interface with multiple customers on a daily basis to provide security solutions and detailed network security guidance and support.
. Maintain a highly reliable internet and extranet environment.
. Deploy repeatable network security solutions, and create innovative network security solutions to meet new demands.
. Assist the LAN/WAN network design and operations teams on complex troubleshooting exercises.
. Understanding of Process Control Networks (PCN) and/or SCADA environments.

Experience/Skills
Skills and knowledge required
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
. Minimum 5 - 7 years paid-experience administering network security in cross platform system environments.
. Knowledge and experience configuring several different brands of Cisco and Juniper firewall, routers, VPN and switches (prefer 6500's w/FWSM, ASA/PIX, 7200, 2800/3800, Juniper J-Series/SRX, SSL VPN) . Knowledge of and a minimum 7 years experience in planning, deployment, and maintenance of firewall, proxy, gateway and IDS technologies.
. Knowledge and experience in deployment and maintenance of large scale wireless networks and wireless network security.
. Ability to think in a logical and systematic way to solve problems, incorporate suggestions and create solutions.

Desired Skills:
. Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CCDP or CCIE certification.
. Microsoft MCSE certification.
. Checkpoint CCSE certification.
