Currently, we are seeking a Computer Security Network Engineer for our Neenah WI location.

The Computer Security Network Engineer is a member of the IT Services – Computer Security support team based in Neenah, WI. Primary responsibility of role will be to provide consulting services covering security management practices, security architecture and models, access control systems and methodology, applications development security, operations security, cryptography, and business continuity planning.

Works with IT Services infrastructure and applications teams; service delivery partners; and K-C business clients to define, prototype, and eventually implement new security technologies / processes in support of business objectives. Provides systems counsel relative to business problems and ensures that the strategic direction of the company is followed in tactical decisions.

Key accountabilities include: Provide advanced technical Network Security expertise, investigate and make recommendations for new security solutions, lead/assist with the development of new standards and participate in security design reviews of systems and software. Provide regional and global consultation as required.

International business and Information Technology experience with 12-14 years applied experience with
infrastructure deployment and operational support. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and
problem solving skills with a thorough understanding of business process and procedures necessary to
architect .first-of-a-kind. technology solutions along with integration into existing enterprise business
systems.

Must have a demonstrated background in IT Infrastructure technologies; previous experience in any of the technical aspects of Network Security including Firewall, Active Directory, Remote Access, PKI, Web content filtering and Microsoft Server security. Regarded as an expert in at least three of these technologies and demonstrated ability to become proficient in the remaining technology
