DESCRIPTION
The Network Support candidate will have advanced knowledge of network operations, configuration and troubleshooting.

The Consultant will have the following skills and experiences:
  • TCP/IP
  • Router skills
  • Switch skills,VLANs
  • VPN technology
  • Firewall skills and implementation
  • Routing Protocols (BGP,OSPF & EIGRP)
  • NAT/PAT address translation
  • HSRP configuration
  • Cisco command structure and usage

Qualifications:
  • Familiar with the following monitoring and recovery tools, NMC, NV6000, Remedy, Cisco Works, Problem and change systems.
  • English spoken level 10.
  • Required Certifications: CCNA
  • Advise users on network Troubleshooting, Expert Required
  • Perform analytical troubleshooting techniques, Expert Required
  • Apply advanced network troubleshooting techniques, Expert Required
  • Voip troubleshooting knowledge, Expert Required
  • Perform problem management,Intermediate Required
  • Use system monitoring tools, Expert Required
  • US Citizen, Expert Required
  • Load balancer skills, Intermediate Desired
  • Perform system performance tuning, Intermediate Desired
  • Perform availability management, Intermediate Required


SKILLS
