DESCRIPTION
Candidate must be able to provide 24x7 support for oncall rotation. The candidate will be a member of a team that troubleshoots, implements, analyzes and tracks alarming for all Mobility equipment. The candidate will also process and create alarm enhancement requests, manage projects, and develop business processes for alarm handling. Also the candidate will interface with several different internal organizations, and will be required to provide feedback and support to fellow teammates on all managed projects.

Qualifications:
  • Network Troubleshooting, Expert Required
  • SNMP, Intermediate Required
  • CORBA, Intermediate Required
  • SQL, Expert Desired
  • Project Management, Entry Level Desired
