Description
Reputable healthcare company is looking for a 16-24 hours per week, Network Support Analyst for a hospital facility. This position will be responsible for installation, support and maintenance of local-area network (LAN), including servers, gateways, Network Management software, Novell software, print serving, cabling, and related equipment.
This person will be working with Heat tracking system (company can train on this tool). Any help desk tracking system would be fine.

Experience/Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office PC software programs and thorough understanding of LAN technology and PC hardware required.
Novell LAN experience preferred. Network Engineer position requires 4 years exp.
Environment: Novell, Groupwise, VPN, and it would be a plus if they have Nortel PBX (not from a programming exp.) but to help new users to set up phone systems.
Add'l duties include provisioning accounts in Novell, changing rights, create VPN, research, build desktop, LAN admin., handle all DT escalated issues, helping customers to resolve situation and handle support requests.
Must know, Novel, Windows XP, will be working with Dell computers and HD Ticketing. Must be resourceful, as well as, follow standards.
