Orlando company seeks a network support tech to work in a multi-discipline project team and troubleshooting environment. Planning, installing, testing, and deploying software patches and upgrades. Must be on call 24/7 and respond immediately to any system failures. Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills. Must have: 3+ yrs of exp w/ Microsoft platforms such as Windows XP, Windows servers, Active Directory, Internet Information Server (IIS), Exchange, etc. 3+ yrs with Network switches and Routers such as Cicso, Dell, and 3comm, Intel. 2+ yr w/ Telephone Systems (PBX), Electronic Document Management Systems a plus.
