Description
Will be member of team currently working on BVOIP LSRs and customer ports. Must be able to read Customer Service Records (CSRs) and issue LSRs to a variety of CLEC/ILECs.

Job Description:
* Understanding of Local Porting process
* Ability to read CSR (Customer Service Records) * Issuance of LSRs (Local Service Records)
* Strong communication skills/ability to work on assigned tasks
* Ability to follow through/follow-up on missed tasks and assigned ports
* Any previous experience with client or ILECs LSR or ASR systems
* Basic Telecommunications knowledge
* PC Proficient (understanding of excel)
* Training will be provided hands on in a less formal arrangement
