Description

As a Network System Administrator , the following are some of the duties you will be expected to perform:

Job Description:
The Network System Administrator establishes classified and unclassified network domains and enclaves. Maintains profiles and control procedures for a complex system of networked computing platforms to support the development and integration of applications and services. Performs systems security, backup and restore, and network troubleshooting tasks.

Edu cation:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Network Engineering or relevant work experience.

Experience :
One to three years of system administration.
Programming experience in any applicable language a plus.
MCSE and CCNA required
Exchange Server 2000
Exchange Server 2003
Cisco Router
VPN experience mandatory

Required Skills:
The Network System Administrator should have a high skill with Microsoft networks, familiar with Unix and Linux commands/utilities.
Must be able to establish a LAN and WAN with subnets and profiles using Active Directory and other commercial or government applications. They should be able to write scripts in some administrative language. Strong inter-personal and communication skills; capable of training users in applications and writing system engineering documentation.
Some travel may be required
A requirement for this position is to be eligible to obtain a secret clearance.df-tc
