Network Systems Engineer - CCVP

Acentron is seeking a Network Systems Engineer with a CCVP certification for Columbia, SC. This is a contract to hire position, with the potential to earn a bonus on your billable client time. Current proof of CCVP (Certified Cisco Voice Professional) certification is required. Need to have at least 3yrs Cisco VoIP experience.

This position is a senior technical position whose capabilities include all of the qualifications of a senior systems engineer in addition to process engineering as well as installation and support of mission critical situations that are highly complex in nature. The consulting engineer will also function in a technology specialist role and will have at least one technology solution area where they are expert level. This position has supervisory responsibilities over all levels of engineer and is also capable of mentoring client engineers when applicable. You may be utilized in the presales effort and will be relied upon by Practice Managers to assist in building materials list and statements of work.

Advanced installation, troubleshooting, design, configuration, and support, both phone and on-site of core infrastructure systems, network operating system, or specialized area of sustainable sales growth.
Advanced configuration and troubleshooting capabilities to include; advanced unified communications planning and implementation, OS scripting, LAN/WAN connectivity, messaging systems, OS support systems, and other core infrastructure components.
Assist in the creations of documentation standards and best practices.
Participate in predefined projects as lead, member of team, or engineering team lead.

Pay range $75-90K depending on certification level and years of experiencing\qualifications. Benefits provided!
