Description
Responsible for a variety of hardware and software duties in accordance to Company standards and in a timely and efficient manner; install and maintain personal computer software, hardware and peripherals; perform Help Desk service functions to end-users providing troubleshooting and support as necessary; assist in the integration and installation of approved software packages; set up and map personal computers (PC) to local area networks; run network and peripheral cable as required

Experience/Skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a technical support services environment required.

Other
A+ or MCP Certification preferred
Depending on area of responsibility, the following may apply:
Proven skill set in Enterprise backup solutions using Tivoli and Veritas required
