Description
Convergys is currently seeking and experienced Nortel Voice Engineer to be based in Omaha to support our call center technology. The qualified candidate will work 3rd Shift (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) Monday through Thursday.

In this position, the selected candidate will:
Provide advanced technical expertise in support of our voice infrastructure: user support; software/hardware installation; problem resolution and monitoring and management of PBX, peripheral devices and server resources.
Provide advanced technical support, configuration, design and implementation for any or all of the following: Nortel Symposium, Succession, Call Pilot, OTM/TM.

Requirements include:
Experience with the Nortel technologies (Symposium highly desired, but will consider without or with knowledge only)
Expertise in IVR, & dialers helpful.

Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline & 4 years relevant experience, or Masters Degree in related technical discipline & Minimum 2 years relevant experience or Minimum eight years relevant experience without college degree
Technical Certification of Cisco and Nortel is desireddf-tc
