ORACLE Reports Database Marketing/Reporting Analyst


Location: Cranford NJ
Duration: Full-time/perm


Responsibilities:
• Retrieve HUGE amounts of data in Oracle Database and make recommendations on what to do with the collected information
• Recognize and understand data intricacies, interpret data, and express implications of analysis.
• Supporting segment and channel based marketing approaches by analyzing demographic and behavioral characteristics of customers. Major focus will be on analyzing and tracking client responses, preferences, transactions and behaviors.
• Analyze customer trends to identify marketing opportunities to improve retention, acquire new customers, cross-sell and up-sell, and create new business programs.
• Develop predictive models, customer segmentation and ranking, and customer-profiling analyses that identifies optimal target audiences, frequency and response models to produce actionable data.
• Develop ROI-driven scenarios and models to support expansion of go-to-market strategy and budgets.
• Evaluate existing performance tracking tools
• Develop and implement performance tracking and reporting system that will track progress toward sales and marketing goals and targets, as well as forecasts across all channels.
• Evaluate existing performance tracking tools, develop and analyze key set of reports, and provide overall assessment performance indicators, by creating sales and marketing “dashboard.”
• Supports strategic market planning process with analytics and recommendations.
• Provide reporting and analysis for the quarterly business review and ad hoc reports to Marketing and Sales management as requested.



Requirements:
• MUST have experience using ORACLE
• Experience with SQL and Oracle reports
• Bachelors Degree is required.
• At least 3 years experience in database marketing required.
• MUST have excellent Excel and Access skills
• Must have experience with PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
• MUST have strong oral and written communication skills
