Description
Candidates must come from a large/complex environment. Focus will be on
production support for JD Edwards(Oracle) ERP application, database
configuration as well as application performance tuning.

Working with all server and database groups to stream line and develop 'best practices' in regards to application monitoring and support. A strong independent worker
will provide application support for all JD Edwards(Oracle) ERP applications.

Additional responsibilities include application configuration,
package management, and advanced troubleshooting.

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:
2+ years experience with application support within a mission-critical environment is required. Knowledge of the following: DB2, JD Edwards(Oracle)ERP, WebSphere, Citrix, Windows 2000/2003 Server. Troubleshooting skills relating to applications, operating systems, and networks. Must be an
effective communicator. Candidate should be able to coordinate with other
staff. Some experience as a DBA on a relational database (any)is helpful.
