Operational Development Tester

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Operational/Development Tester opportunity with a leading company in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

In this position candidates will be required to conduct operational/developmental testing of net-centric systems. Research new technology and develop technical documentation to include requirements decomposition, research results, test plans, and test reports. Must be self-driven and capable of prioritizing own work and time. Must be able to analyze the systems under test and develop logically consistent testing processes. Need to be comfortable in a small testing group where initiative, drive, and flexibility skills are a must.

Requirements:

• Experience in Validation Verification and Accreditation of tools used in DOD testing
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web service testing
• Experience in modelling and Simulation testing environments
• Knowledge of Information Assurance
• Experience developing technical documentation
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with testing tools (NetVCR, LoadRunner, QuicktestPro, iTKO LISA, Parasoft SOAtest, Amberpoint SOA Management and Validation Systems).
• Familiarity with NCES and NECC.
