Description
Immediate need for an Operations Analyst 3. Needing two people with software design and testing experience.

Duties: This position will be responsible for analyzing business issues and making recommendations to maximize operational efficiency, quality and compliance. Will work under limited supervision to analyze and solve complex operational, systems-related and/or customer issues. Will create and maintain databases and management reports, interpret data and identify trends for managers. Will work with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing.

Requirements: Experience with design, development, testing and deployment of technology applications and macros. Visual Studio.net 2005, C#, Visual Basic.net, SQL programming, SQL server required. Some experience with CITRIX and Attachmate macros is a plus. Ability to partner with other team members to achieve mutual goals is a must. As well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and provide accurate, detailed and timely documentation and reporting.

This position is a contract position paying $24-$37/hr based on experience, and is expected to run through at least October, 2008.df-tc
