Description
Operations Analyst. Perform process analysis to help improve workflow and operating efficiencies. Participate in the modification of existing software applications or the development of new applications based on needs resulting from process analysis. Work with Operations in the development, support and maintenance of management information systems, productivity and service models, and manage small projects. Utilize technologies including SQL, VB.Net, HTML, JavaScript, MS Access, MS Excel and others. Provide support to Operations user acceptance, regulatory compliance and quality assurance testing of changes within operating system or database life cycles. Perform data excavation exercises through multi-media data storage facilities as requested by management. Accountable for Operations web development, enhancements and maintenance, and perform other duties as requested. Train new users on the functions of individual systems. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.; requires Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or closely related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must have 6 months employment experience in computer software programming and analysis involving small project management; using MS Access, JavaScript, HTML; and either Visual Basic, Visual Studio, or VB.Net.
