The ideal candidate will work as an Operations Associate and will have a wide level of Network support skills/knowledge. Will function as a Ticket Queue Mgr., responsible for scanning all problem management queues and performing outage notifications/escalations and provide support for each workgroup. This candidate will also be responsible for updating the executive escalations as required & communicating with sr. management on status of ongoing/extended issues being worked.
