*responsible for managing an operational team of technical managers that provide Web Hosting server support services to external clients in a 24x7 environment. Ticket Management Queue Management Call Management Fault Management Operations Reporting & Responsiveness focused on operational excellence This vacancy is for an off-shift position. The Shift Supervision responsibilities include **Validating employee arrival/departure per shift schedule Manage, execute and track all instructions from Client Service Managers **Manage, execute and track all change instructions from the Change Controller **Manage adherence to process flow of handoffs in off-shift (Hotline, Tier I, Tier II) **Manage client escalations in collaboration with CSM on Severity One issues **Manage tickets with Tier I, II **Documenting Shift status **Manage adherence to ticket quality **Execute business continuity procedures as appropriate Outage Management for Severity One Outages Manage/Mobilize resources to a Technical Bridges; Manage/Mobilize client communications; Notify leadership of all high severity and chronic issues; Manage vendor involvement & escalation paths; Manage documentation adherence during any service impacting outages Overall Accountability for Ticket Queue Management Managing the status of tickets by queue; Ensuring all ticket outages are being worked; Ensuring tickets are update in correct timeframes w/ correct data; Creating Ticket Summary Reports at closure of shift Required Education: 4-year degree Work Experience: 5 - 10 years work experience at the Operations Management level or equivalent experience.df-tc
