Description
CDI is looking for anOperations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in sales goals and budgets and continuously monitor sales reports and operational records to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met. Provide corporate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

Ensure the company maintains a positive customer relationship throughout the sales and market development process, ensuring accurate quotes, resolving concerns and complaints and provide excellent customer service via Contracts Department.

Ensure customer proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements are processed timely and professionally.

Planning and execution of sales activities, installation which support sales and operational objectives.

Planning and directing training, performance management to develop and achieve operational goals.

Serve as a liaison between Sales, Contracts, and Project Management departments and evaluate customer needs, product and services recommendations.

In conjunction with the Marketing Department, create the strategic plan for market expansion and area development.

Work with corporate support departments to coordinate and ensure internal processes are optimized to support sales and company results.

Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of Operational management experience.

MBA or business management degree preferred but not required.

Must have strong computer skills and very proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SalesForce (CRM).

Must be able to work with business partners through the design, engineering and final installation.

Must be a strong leader, creative, possessing strategic planning skills.

Confident personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
