The Consultant will manage an operational team of technical managers that provide Web Hosting support services to external clients in a 24x7x365 environment. This is an operational reliability role requiring day-to-day operations (ticket, queue, call and incident management; operational metric reporting; etc.) with a focus on operational excellence.
