CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE AT THE NORTH SLOPE OF ALASKA.

OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT

Local candidates are preferred.

The Operations Superintendent (OS) reports directly to the Wells Program Manager for each specific asset. The OS directs a field-deployed workforce of Well Site Leaders and Drilling Engineers to execute planned drilling operations. The Superintendent provides field-focused leadership to achieve an efficient, incident-free workplace. By supervising and coaching contractor Well Site Leaders, the Superintendent serves as an umbilical between town leadership and the field.

Safety: The OS leads by example. Through coaching and active intervention, supports the efforts of Well Site Leaders and Drilling engineers to deliver uncompromised safety of the combined client and Contractor workforce within their area of responsibility

People: the OS Enlists and engages subject matter experts provide interpretation and direction for issues of compliance with governing federal and state laws and regulations regarding environmental and workplace safety

Performance: Oversees and provides direction to contractors, service companies, and client workforce to assure performance and integrity in the delivery of Drilling and Completions projects within their assigned geographical/functional area (ACT, GPB, and Coiled Tubing). Provides focus for functional conformance with BP standards and processes (D&C standards, Integrity Management, etc.)
