As an Oracle Supply Chain Functional Analyst, you will be tasked with learning the capabilities and functionalities of Supply Chain IT applications. You will be required to effectively assess business problems, gather requirements, and write Business Requirements Documents to be used by the development staff and assist in the development of technical designs and programming specifications. You will work with business users to support new processes and resolve issues with existing systems and provide support to the Global Supply Chain Planning and the Global Forecasting groups with inventory and demand planning. Reports to: The Supply Chain Management Director The resume of the Ideal Candidate would reflect the following:

You are a seasoned functional analyst with extensive experience implementing Oracle 11i Supply Chain Applications
Duties/Responsibilities

Assess business problems, gather requirements, and write Business Requirements Documents
Assist in the development of technical designs and programming specifications
Work with business users to support new processes and resolve issues with existing systems
Work with upper management on Business Process Re-engineering efforts
Mentor and lead collaborative requirements gathering efforts, setup execution, and application test activities
Work under the guidelines of the managers
Work directly with technical staff, software vendors, and solution providers as needed
Act as an advocate for the business community within the IT infrastructure
Participate in functional testing of Oracle Applications Order Management and Distributor Management modules
Act as Project Manager for small-scale change requests categorized as maintenance activities
As part of the Enterprise Applications Group Distributor Services team, support the Oracle Order Management and Distributor Management system
Effectively assess business problems, gather and define requirements. Prepare Functional Requirements documents based on the business requirements.
Prepare Oracle setup documentation for functional setups not requiring developers
Analyze business and functional requirements and evaluate options for delivering requirements using Oracle functionality
Identify business and functional requirements which require development
You must possess the following qualities:
