Job Title: Oracle Application Program Director/Subject Mater Expert

Experience - Minimum 15 yrs of ERP experience with 10 Oracle EBS implementation with at least 2 Global implementations in Manufacturing industry.

Location: Columbus IN, USA

Required skill sets:
Oracle Manufacturing, R12, Supply Chain, Advanced modules BOM/WIP/IN/PO/OM Demantra, iModules, istore, Configurator etc, Program Management

Soft Skills:

• Communication, presentation, customer expectation setting, Customer relationship management.
• Subject Matter Expert/Program management specific
• Assist customer with Global Instance strategy and define, drive account mining strategies with account manager and Practice. Enable account management team to sell proactively our service offerings in account.
• Ideate and define differentiated offerings/solution for specific customers based on KPIT capability, strengths ,Customer foot print, customer pain areas in that technology/Domain. Demonstrate thought leadership to the customer through this exercise. Deliver these offerings/services through delivery and practice.
• Help customers define their strategy for Oracle Applications related Upgrades, Global Instance/rollouts, Global templates, on manufacturing advanced modules
• Work closing on R12 Roadmap to Fusion, Roadmap to single instance etc.
• Help customer understand benefits pros/cons of advanced modules.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing large scale Oracle Apps programs for the customer.
• Demonstrate leadership to the customer through various workshops and Seminars on Best practices/solutions in Oracle APPS relevant to the customer footprint.
• Deliver Value-Add to customer including productivity impartment
• Coach/mentor the enterprise Oracle capabilities and get involved in practice building initiatives
