Oracle Application Programmer - 7196LAB

CCCi has an exciting opportunity for an Applications Programmer with one of our Energy Cooperative clients in the Statesville area. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience with the following:
- Working knowledge of relational databases and Client Server concepts specifically within Oracle

- knowledge of customer information systems, outage management systems, GIS systems, IVR systems, Internet applications, MS Access, report writing applications specifically Actuate, MS Office, MS SQL

- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts

- Must have a thorough understanding of Oracle programming tools, reviews, modifies, develops and analyzes applications systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting.

The primary role of this position to develop, test and implement software solutions in an Oracle/Unix environment that would aid processes for the end user department. The Applications Programmer will work with the analyst to understand business requirements, develop the requirements and then document the use of the application.
