Description
Seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to support large auto industry client.


Candidate should have:

7+ years in Oracle 8i, 9i, and 10g (last 2+ years) database administration.

5+ years in UNIX environment; good shell scripting and UNIX knowledge.

2+ years in PLSQL development.

Strong hands-on implementation and administration experience for 10g RAC (on UNIX), RMAN, and Grid Control.

Expert levels on Performance Tuning,Troubleshooting, Backup and Recovery.
Administered small to large databases (1+ terabytes).
Experience in database upgrade and migration.
Good understanding of Database design.
Good communication.
Experience administering DataWarehouse
Oracle Certified Professional (10g) preferred.
Oracle Certified RAC expert desired.
BS Degree or higher desired.
