*Development DBA experience and not just production support
*Experience with setup, tuning (both instance and SQL), monitoring and disaster planning
*Experience with RMAN, BCV, ASM, Clusterware, EMC San, Shell Scripting
*Experience in writing and tuning PL/SQL routines(triggers, packages, etc)
*Proficient in various Oracle partitioning schemes, Parallelism, Direct Loads, and ETL processes

Experience/Skills

*Excellent communications skills and be a team player
*Minimum 5+ years Oracle Database Administration experience on Unix - primarily 10g
*Minimum 3 years Oracle RAC on AIX and/or Sun Solaris - need some install/configuration experience and not just walk in and support.
