* Have you been in I.T. for more than 2 yrs. but less than 8 yrs?

We're a growing company in the CD-ROM and eLearning realm. This is a good paying job but shy of a six figure one so based on that we're not looking for someone with decades of experience, yet not a rookie either. There is definitely a happy medium out there.

What you need for this position:
- Linux
- ERM
- DDL
- Oracle 10g
- Logical & Physical design experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP
- Good to very good communication skills

What you'll be doing:
- Administration of Oracle 10g database systems and related environments
- Writing SQL and PL/SQL code
- Managing application components as they interact with the database
- Capacity planning
- Entity Relationship Modeling (ERM)
- Other tasks
