Berean Group is seeking a Oracle Developer



Working closely with Project Business Analysts, Product Management Team and the Business Partners to design develop and implement / augment Business Intelligence Framework.





Skills/Experience:



EXPERTISE:



*Must be a very strong SQL developer with good modeling skills.
*Need to have a good understanding of ETL and Cognos and Business Objects.


Required are 5+ years of business intelligence system design, development and implementation.
3+ years of large scale, complex systems design and integration experience.
Must have leadership and team player capability, a strong customer focus, excellent people skills and the ability to develop and work within a process driven organization.
Finance, Cost Accounting, Performance Management and IT charge-back experience very desirable.
CaliberRM, Oullette Methods, Borland Integrated Development environment.



SKILLS:

Design, develop and implement upon a standard KP business intelligence toolset

Strong BI design skills including ER Diagrams, Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Systems Design, User-Interface Design, System/Application Architecture and Reports Development

Has built auto reconciliation and audit log components into a BI workflow

Has designed and implemented Star schema (data warehouse)

Strong hands on SQL (MA Access, Oracle) knowledge.

Strong experience with the Cognos BI toolset: Reporting, Analysis, EP tool
Business Objects toolset: Reporting and Analysis

Knowledge and development experience with one or more ETL tools such as
Informatica
,
AB
Initio, Ascential, Microsoft DTS, etc. and Data Mining tools is a plus.

Excellent English language communication skills
