Project Description:
The current Wholesale Customer M&A Process uses different order generation methods throughout the region. Automated service order generation to transfer services from one CLEC to another needs to be created for regions outside the SE. Solution should include PTOPS and SMNE for net effect generation of the service order and preferably a single order generator solution that builds the order in CRIS/CABS in any of the 13 state region.

Job Description:
Analyzes, designs, programs, debuges and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applicationsm, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Use programming language and technology, write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modification. May lead teams across a number of complex systems to accomplish undefined tasks on a planned and adhoc basis. Lead cross functional teams thru design and development on an assignmed task crossing multiple applications. Leads design and code reviews and prosecutes issues across towers prior to implementation and takes appropriate steps to notify and correct where possible any issues. Champiaons new technologies and processes that strengthen the people, processes and products. Leads design adn development of business process reuse as well as patterns across various applications. Frequently is used across tower and various development issues. Is a recognized leader of development services across IT and is generally well-known through publication, patents or copyrights from both within and outside the company. Produces designs and codes at a typically high pace with far fewer issues than peer developers as actually measured by testing and production issues within the realm of regression and performance testing. Is a recognized leader in code optimization across multiple systems and languages.
