5+ YEARS OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
The candidate must have good communication, strong coordination and analytical skills. He/She must also have troubleshooting, root cause analysis and release management experience.

The candidate must have expertise in the following technologies: Oracle/SQL, and Unix.
Nice to haves are: Weblogic, Web Server, CORBA, and JAVA coding.
Familiarity with the following tools is also a nice to have: QC, JADE, and JIRA.(Issue/bug tracking tools)

7+ years overall IT experience.
Interfacing. Similar role to Technical Support III with the specific business unit the need of EXPERTISE. Candidate will have to have in depth knowledge of financial markets with a long history. Furthermore this technical support/application support role generally requires some application development background (Java, C++, C#, etc) to truly understand the technical needs of the group. In addition, the candidate should also have some database development experience as well.
