Description
Our client is the leading provider of specialized software, services, and information for the U.S. insurance industry; delivering solutions to facilitate productivity and profitability for retail agents, wholesalers, carriers, and other key players within the industry. Our client's businesses are primarily centered on the 'independent agent' distribution channel and provide Enterprise-level solutions to over 15,000 customers and 150,000 end-users. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States of America. Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EBS from a technical perspective
  • Engage with the functional team and implement creative and business appropriate solutions
  • Actively participate in the development, testing, training, integration, change control, and acceptance processes of the Oracle ERP Suite
  • Work closely with the ERP Team to develop technical solutions for transactional data extraction and integration
  • Work closely with the Apps DBA and SYSADMIN to strategize and address application specific issues (patches, updates, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Business Analysts to address system enhancements and process issues
  • Work with the Enterprise Apps Team to maintain application compliance and future user needs
  • Design and develop RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows) components as required
Candidates must have a green card or U.S. citizenship. Candidates must be local to the Seattle area.

Oracle ERP Systems Analyst Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
  • Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Interpersonal skills to act as an advocate for consensus on complex issues
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or commensurate work experience
Experience Recommended:
  • 3+ years of technical development work experience with Oracle EBS (required)
  • Strong technology focus and aptitude (Oracle Apps, Oracle development tools, etc. required)
  • 3+ years of demonstrated development experience (required to include PL/SQL, Reports, Discoverer, Oracle APIs, etc.)
