We are seeking a Oracle ERP Technical Lead for a 3-4 year contract in Crystal City, VA with less than 25% travel.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead for technical aspects of requirements definition under the supervison of the Goverment Tech Lead
- Provide conceptual design expertise for the development of requirements for the RICE strategy to include but not be limited to development of requirements and strategies for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions
- Provide conceptual design expertise for the Data Management and Portal strategy to include but not be limited to development of preliminary designs, strategies and requirements for data management/warehousing and business intelligence.

Requirements:
- Senior resource with at least 10 years experience leading technical teams for large COTS ERP Implementations.
- MUST HAVE prior technical skills in RICE development. The preferred focus would be in Interfaces and Conversions since this is a Legacy modernization and interfaces to the old system and conversion of data is paramount.
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience planning, leading and executing similar efforts for large scale, COTS ERP implementations.
- Candidate must have commercial experience as well as some experience with similar programs in DoD and/or Federal.
- Candidate must have solid writing skills and good communication skills.
