Oracle Financials - Program Manager

Our client is seeking a perm Program Manager for a mission critical Oracle Financials finance transformation project and on-going maintenance. This opportunity will be leading a large scale organizational, process and systems change effort and supporting the development of global financial solutions for a leading global Supply Chain Solutions company located in South Carolina.

Supply Chain industry experience would also be huge, but not required.

Requirement: An experienced Transformation Program Manager/Leader with a significant track record of driving Business ERP initiatives for both Clients and System Integrators.

Experience - Minimum 15+yrs of ERP experience with 10+ Oracle Financials implementation with at least 2 Global rollouts into global shared services including Oracle workflow, preferably in Supply Chain industry, exceeding $5M in value. Must have sound reputation in the ERP market with Oracle Partners. Background as a Finance Professional with in-depth knowledge of Oracle solutions an advantage

Required skill sets:
Oracle Financials, R12, Shared Services deployments, preferably in Supply Chain Industry, Program Management
Soft Skills: Communication, presentation, a dynamic delivery leader able to adapt to demanding environments with a cognitive approach to Stakeholder and Team dynamics. Subject Matter Expert/Program management, shared service specific

Effective at an executive level and able to work across countries and cultures
Experience Required
- Proven experience in initiation and management of accurate project and quality plan

  • Full life cycle experience, from design to implementation and post go-live reviews, standard business processes, including the establishment of a shared service centre (SSC).
  • Extensive strategic and operational experience in driving enterprise-level programmes and budgets across a wide variety of industry types
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing large scale Oracle Apps programs, with strong leadership and people management and coaching/mentoring skills with in-depth experience across local and global teams.
  • Proven ability to build organizational capabilities to embed and sustain business transformation and change.
  • Strongly process and quality management focused.
  • Combination of excellent management with software engineering and broad technical expertise.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Work closing on SVP Finance Transformation and Head of Shared Services on program roadmap
  • Coach/mentor the enterprise project team
  • Manage regional deployment leads.
  • This company operates in 68 countries. There are numerous general ledger and accounting systems to decommission
