Oracle HR and Self-Service Applications Technical Analyst (#8407-24-MH

Thompson Technologies is seeking a Oracle HR/Self Service developer for a long term contract in Atlanta, GA.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5-6 years information systems experience with proven technical skills and aptitude
• Minimum of 4 years experience with PL/SQL, UNIX, SQL, Oracle Forms in an Oracle ERP environment
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Applications modules (Human Resources, Manager and Employee Self Service, Training Administration, iLearning, Fast Formulas, Workflow, AME, and ADE, WEB ADIetc.)
• Experience supporting an Oracle HR and Self Service production environment
• Experience customizing Oracle Forms using custom library and/or Custom Code personalization
• Experience using APIs for HR and Financials modules
• Experience building and supporting interfaces between Oracle Applications and other internal applications
• Experience building and supporting interfaces between Oracle Applications and external providers
• Strong understanding of the Oracle HR and Self-Service data model
• Strong technical understanding of the integrations between modules
• Experience building reports using Oracle Reports or Discoverer
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong programming aptitude
• Relationship building and customer service skills
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Experience using SQL*Loader
