BearingPoint is currently hiring Oracle HRMS Consultants to implement or lead the implementation of Oracle HRMS modules.

Requirements:
*Implementation experience with Oracle HRMS modules.
*Industry HR experience and business consulting experience with the HRMS product.
*Oracle experience to include the creation and configuration of HR plans.
*Experience with Oracle HRMS table structures.
*Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
