Description
Our client is a major consulting company located in the Bay Area and they are in search of a Jr.-to-Mid Level Oracle HRMS Developer (80% Technical) for a full-time, direct-placement opportunity, with a competitive annual salary and complete benefits package.

U.S. Citizens and valid Green Card Holders are preferred; however, client will consider candidates who require H1B sponsorship.

As part of the IT Technical team, the selected Oracle HRMS Developer will work with the Oracle HR Technical lead in providing on-going support for their global Human Resources organization and will be involved in the full systems life cycle responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software. Additional roles & responsibilities will include:

--> Developing solutions requiring analysis and research.
--> Working on break/fix, continuous improvement, small to large, complex projects
--> Participating in and supporting analysis, development and testing for Oracle HR
--> Designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces
--> Participating in the build, support and maintenance of Oracle application workflows and customizations
--> Identifying and implementing system process improvements

Experience/Skills
Mandatory Experience:

--> Minimum of 3-5 years of programming / systems analysis experience with Oracle HRMS applications
--> Requires a solid foundation with Oracle HRMS 11i, Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms.
--> Proven experience with Oracle HR OAB, Workflow and Self-Service.
--> Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
--> Experience with the Oracle Application suite and knowledge of key relationships / dependencies across the HRMS and other Oracle application suite modules.
--> Strong written and verbal communication skills.
--> Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).

Pluses include:

--> Experience with Oracle Workflow is strongly desired.
--> Business Objects reporting experience is a plus, but not required.
